Since 1990, charity involvement and giving back to the local community has been an integral part of working at Scantec.

From monthly dress down days, and the annual Christmas jumper competition to involvement in large-scale events, the Scantec team is always ready to get involved for a good cause.

Operation Christmas Child

A toy collection was also organised for Operation Christmas Child.  This is a charity that distributes toys to children who would otherwise receive nothing on Christmas morning.

3 Cities Cycling Challenge

A three-man cycling team from Scantec has completed The 3 Cities Cycling Challenge, raising money for brilliant causes.

Scantec, an award-winning technical and engineering recruitment agency based in Wirral, supported three of their staff as they cycled 300 miles through Europe.

The trio of Paul, Liam and Gareth, raised a huge £5320 for their biking efforts and the money has been donated to Claire House, Marie Curie and Ronald McDonald House.

London to Paris Cycle Ride

All managers and the Board of Directors also lead by example.

The Company Chairman, John Robinson has completed a UK Coast to Coast Walk, Cycle Ride and is currently making final preparations to embark on a London to Paris Cycle Ride that is set to raise more than £10,000 for Claire House.

Charity Cake Sales

Here at Scantec we love baking cakes as well as eating cakes and take any opportunity to indulge knowing that we are also doing good work for charity!

Dress Down Days

Our monthly dress down days help to raise money for one of our local charities Claire House who help seriously and teminally ill children live life to the full by creating wonderful experiences and bringing back a sense of nomality to family life.  Claire Bear came to visit the Scantec office to accept our cheque.
