About the Opportunity
We are working in partnership with a highly respected engineering organisation delivering critical infrastructure projects across the UK’s most complex and highly regulated environments.
Our client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their project delivery team, overseeing the safe and effective construction and installation works on large-scale infrastructure developments. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and safety-focused individual with strong site leadership experience to step into a high-impact role within a challenging but rewarding environment.
The Role
As Site Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for managing and supervising construction activities onsite – either across the full scope of works or a dedicated section, depending on project scale. You'll act as a key point of contact onsite, ensuring work is delivered safely, compliantly, and to the highest standards of quality.
Working closely with the Construction or Site Manager, you'll play a critical role in maintaining site discipline, coordinating daily activities, and supporting the ongoing success of complex engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Day-to-day site supervision, overseeing the work of internal teams and subcontractors

Acting as a site representative to the client, maintaining high standards of professionalism and quality

Implementing and enforcing Health & Safety protocols, delivering daily Toolbox Talks, and ensuring compliance with project-specific RAMS

Managing site logistics, receiving plant and materials, and ensuring accurate documentation

Producing and maintaining daily/weekly reports and site records, including quality inspections and non-conformance reports

Leading multi-disciplinary teams in the installation, commissioning, and testing of systems

Reviewing and ensuring compliance with construction drawings, specifications, and QA requirements

Participating in constructability reviews and construction planning

Identifying and mitigating site-based risks, maintaining a strong safety-first culture
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience supervising construction or installation works within highly regulated or complex project environments (e.g., nuclear, energy, defence, infrastructure)

A strong understanding of site safety, quality control, and compliance processes

Experience delivering against detailed RAMS, project drawings, and QA documentation

Confident communicator with the ability to lead teams and engage effectively with clients and stakeholders

Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards

Eligibility for UK security clearance is essential (including residency and background criteria)
