A market-leading environmental and waste management company is looking for a Technical Assessor to join their Compliance Team. Use your chemistry knowledge, understanding of WM3, and strong problem-solving skills to thrive in this varied and rewarding role.
Your duties will include:
• Technical assessment and classification of waste enquiries
• Ensuring compliance with site permits, waste legislation and transport regulations
• Checking and maintaining accurate QC documentation
• Identifying suitable treatment routes for hazardous waste
• Supporting the on-site Laboratory
What we’re looking for:
• A degree, HNC or HND in Chemistry
• A detail-oriented and analytical mindset
• Experience in the waste, chemical or environmental industry
• Knowledge of WM3 waste classification guidelines
