A leading FMCG Manufacturer is currently recruiting for a Quality, Health &Safety Trainer / Health, Safety and FSQR Trainer & Data base lead to join their team.
The Health Safety and FSQR data base leader will implement health, safety and FSQR induction training programs, utilising corporate and local regulatory requirements. You will be a Quality or Health and safety professional used to leading teams and be keen to move into a training role.

Quality, Health &Safety Trainer / Health, Safety and FSQR Trainer & Data base lead responsibilities include:

Translate, implement, and deliver FSQR, health and safety training induction strategy following established corporate procedures and local regulatory requirements, including support to develop new digital/site local training plan.
Handle health, safety and FSQR data management system to continuously improve employee awareness, including tracking training completion rate and analysing safety & food safety indicators.
Handle health, safety, FSQR and all site training related records and reporting to ensure the system compliance with certification requirements.
Contribute innovative ideas to promote health and safety activity planning, collaborate to guide site teams on new corporate programs/procedures.
Provide technical, regulatory and behavioural knowledge and consultation to build a strong, health, safety and FSQR and site training culture.
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Maintain all site training records physically and using electronic systems as per compliance guidelines.
Identify gaps and engage with managers and training owners to ensure training compliance.
Coordinate training activities on site which include scheduling internal and vendor resources to ensure compliance to training requirements. Support managers and end users in arranging department specific training and external training
Trainer for topics including EHS / FSQR and inductions trainings. Maintain training material and support training days
Participate in continuous improvement activities for training department

You will ideally be degree qualified / equivalent and have experience leading a Quality / Health and safety team within a manufacturing environment. Food manufacturing experience will be deemed advantageous. You will be Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
