£30000 - £35000 per annum
This is a home-based role with the requirement to be at the customer site up to 3 days a week if required. Therefore candidates will ideally live within a 50-mile commute of the North London area.
The Technical Key Account Manager / Project Coordinator is the key conduit between the retail customer and the internal teams to oversee and manage the service delivery to them including attending meetings with the retail Buyers and Commercial Teams, to understand the potential workload pipeline. It involves weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and project coordination to ensure the retailers launch their products correctly and to timescale.
The successful Technical Key Account Manager / Project Coordinator will have previous experience in the FMCG food sector; you might be a Technical Coordinator / Process Technologist / Commercial Executive / Development Technologist with customer-facing experience. You will be detail orientated, highly organised, and responsive to the customer needs and be able to relay back to internal teams to coordinate the service to the customer.
