Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide engineering design support.
- Produce design deliverables (including drawings, specifications and reports), site surveys, construction stage duties, management, costing and ensure progress against the project brief.
- Collaborating closely with multi-disciplinary members of the design team and delivering safe, efficient and buildable solutions.
- Site survey work required for pricing design and commissioning management projects.
- Monthly reporting on financial positions, progress, and key issues moving forward.
Qualification and Experience:
- Design of Mechanical Building Services systems.
- Design, technical detailing, and specification writing experience.
- Membership of Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE), or working towards Chartered Member status.
