Working for one of the big 4, this role will be working within their HR Shared Services to support the further growth of the Apprenticeship delivery programme. This role will be to work alongside other Compliance Coordinators, to provide administration and compliance related activities required by government bodies.


Key responsibilities

-          Obtain and validate apprenticeship data to ensure eligibility, completeness and quality of information

-          Obtain and validate apprentices prior learning to determine any exemptions that apply to the apprenticeship service delivery model

-          Maintenance of the Apprenticeship evidence pack – identify and communicate issues with learner evidence as required

-          Proactively manage risk through regular data and system audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy, including identifying and managing changes in learning which may impact the ILR

-          Maintain necessary documentation and procedures for external audit readiness, such as ESFA and QAA visits

-          Produce reports and analyse data to help inform business decisions


 
Skills required for the role

-          Attention to detail – accurately inputting data to be used for MI purposes and generate reports through a MIS/IRL

-          Ability to prioritise workload

-          Good Excel skills

-          Previous exposure to working with people data systems and reporting role, either within an HR Shared Services background or a training provider
