Reporting to the Site Technical Manager the Hygiene and Facilities Manager will be responsible for preserving a high quality standard of cleaning throughout the manufacturing facility whilst maintaining a safe working environment.
Hygiene Manager responsibilities include:
Lead and develop the hygiene / facilities team
Hygiene management and achieve RAM are completed
Ensure the security of facilities
Manage facilities stocks and budget with the shift management
Guarantee micro management plan is adhered to
Continuous improvement projects
Lead meetings with shift
Deliver audits alongside the Technical team
Management of all external areas
You must be a Hygiene / Facilities Manager with strong leadership and communication skills as well as HAVCC knowledge and a good understanding of Micro and Listeria.
You will have experience in a chilled / high risk food manufacturing environment with knowledge of working with all the major retailers..
