You will be supporting the Admin Team and providing an administrative service to the Project Team.
- Data-entry into spreadsheets
- General Ad-hoc admin / projects duties as required
- 1 Week in 3 rotation for reception
- Meeting Room Bookings
- Time recording assistance
- Support to other functional teams
- Taking minutes and tracking actions
- Good organisational skills.
- Ability to work to timescales
- Must be capable of multitasking, planning and organizing skills to avoid making incorrect entries
- Producing purchase requisitions
