One of our leading clients is looking for an Administration Assistant to work on a large scale project in the Warrington area.

You will be supporting the Admin Team and providing an administrative service to the Project Team.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Data-entry into spreadsheets
  • General Ad-hoc admin / projects duties as required
  • 1 Week in 3 rotation for reception
  • Meeting Room Bookings
  • Time recording assistance
  • Support to other functional teams
  • Taking minutes and tracking actions
    • Good organisational skills.
    • Ability to work to timescales
    • Must be capable of multitasking, planning and organizing skills to avoid making incorrect entries
    Excellent computer skills
  • Producing purchase requisitions
