You will be responsible for providing first-line support to multiple clients on various products to resolve issues and requests and will provide top class customer service to ensure the clients are happy with their experience. You’ll become the expert on the products for clients and employees enabling you to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Part of your role will also be to back up SQL Databases and completing addition technical tasks.
This is a great opportunity for a Graduate or somebody wanting to pursue a career within IT. The company is relatively small which will enable you to gain excellent exposure to many aspects of the IT life-cycle. Excellent written and communication skills
Good knowledge of Excel
Knowledge of data handling and manipulation
Customer service experience would be advantageous.
