We’re recruiting an experienced Recruitment Professional to join our well established Infrastructure/Civil Engineering Division. You’ll be working along side high calibre, top performing Consultants and reporting to an experienced, and highly regarded Divisional Director, who is one of our longest serving staff members. Scantec's reputation in this sector is outstanding and Civil's is one of our most well established divisions, as such we have candidate and client relationships going back decades. This means you'll be able to ‘hit the ground running.’ You’ll be making placements and earning commission quickly, while receiving the utmost support, training and development. This is a ‘360’ role, meaning you’ll be responsible for the full remit of the recruitment process, which means you’ll have a high level of autonomy, and accountability, and you’ll be in control of your progression and earnings. If you're an experienced 360 Consultant with a proven track record of recruiting in the 'white collar' sectors, we want to hear from you.
