A leading FMCG Manufacturer is currently seeking an Operations Director to join their team in order to lead a team of approx 250. You will be responsible for ensuring the production and operational process of this SME Business is efficient and play its part in the future growth strategy of the business. This is a hands-on role with both a strategic and operational requirements. Strong commercials are essential and a proven track record in inspirational leadership with a passion to drive a business to it’s potential.
Operations Director Responsibilities include:
Key member of the SLT and will be required to determine, develop and deliver the strategic and short-term operational objectives.
Lead and motivate the Operations teams to produce the highest quality and cost effective products
P&L and budgeting responsibility.
Delivery of exceptional operational performance within a fast moving food manufacturing environment.
Passion for building, managing and enhancing team performance whilst delivering continuous and sustainable operational improvements.
You will be an Operations Director with a proven track record of delivering operational excellence through leadership within an FMCG Manufacturing organisation. MBO and change management experience will be deemed advantageous. This role will be customer facing with Retail, Foodservice and B2B.
