A great opportunity for an Interim Admin assistant has come available to work for a company that is going from strength to strength. Whilst the assignment will initially be for 4 months there is plenty of scope for you to get involved in wider projects once you have your feet on the ground. 

Your Duties will include: 
  • Answering on-line support queries 
  • Working within a Mailing Fulfilment team of a large-scale mailing campaign
  • Weekly reports & troubleshooting as necessary for our bespoke software. 
To be successful in this position you'll:
Must be organised, reliable and punctual, Ability to work under pressure as well as being ccomfortable using new software & applications
