Warehouse Supervisor (Sun – Fri Nights)
£27,000 inc shift allowance

A rapidly expanding food manufacturing business based in Middlesex is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their term on a permanent basis. The main purpose of the role is to manage, develop and lead a team of warehouse operatives. You will be reporting in to the Warehouse Manager and have reasonability for a small team. This is a hands on role.

Warehouse Supervisor responsibilities include: 
  • Ensure all orders are collated from email/phone etc. and placed onto the system for distribution and picking team.
  • Ensure that all picks are monitored, checked and loaded following strict company procedures.
  • Highlight any stock or customer issues to the Warehouse Manager and other relevant departments and maintain excellent customer service and care.
  • Management of data inputting on a bespoke stock system, stock checking, order picking and loading.
  • Ensure tight deadlines are achieved.
  • Monitor the efficiency of the night pickers and achieve KPI targets and ensure continuous operational improvement year on year.
  • Ensure total compliance to all standard procedures and systems, allocating and managing staff resources according to changing need and to meet all required standards and service levels for all customers.
  • Communication with all key departments effectively.
You will be a Warehouse Supervisor ideally with experience working within an FMCG Manufacturing environment. You must have excellent IT skills, have good attention to detail, high levels of motivation and be a team player.
