Permanent opportunity for a Recruitment Manager or Managing Consultant looking for a step in to recruitment management. This role will be based in the Wirral but with hybrid working between the office and home.

Job Details
Scantec currently have a unique opportunity for either a Recruitment Manager or a Managing Consultant who is looking for a step into management, to join our business and work alongside our existing team of experts. Working within one of our well established divisions where there is real scope to grow, we are looking for an ambitious individual play a lead role in continuing to drive the business forward.

This is a real opportunity to work within a fascinating and buoyant white collar technical market with plenty of warm relationships as well as the chance to develop the business further.  While you will benefit from some strong client relationships, you will also be expected to grow your business by building long lasting client and candidate relationships and taking a commercial approach while leading from the front by supporting and developing your wider team of Consultants.  With the right person at the helm, this business has real potential.


The Successful Applicant 
To be successful in this role, you must have prior recruitment experience and exposure to team management or mentoring, ideally within a white collar technical sector.  You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work consultatively and commercially and lead by example.  Alongside this, it is essential that you are a credible with a solutions-orientated approach and a real desire to succeed. You will be a self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to lead others.

This role will require some UK travel so a driving licence will be required.
