Role: Planning Engineer
Location: Reading
Sector: UK Major Projects
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum depending on experience

Scantec are working with a well known organisation that specialise in supporting Major Projects worldwide, and due to a new project win an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Planning Engineer to join the business on a permanent basis.

You will be joining an existing project controls function and will be responsible for creating and managing schedules using Primavera P6, initially supporting a project in the Utilities sector.

Throughout your career, you will be able to explore projects in various sectors as this company supports a broad range of industries in sectors including, Nuclear, Power, Petrochemical, Rail, Oil & Gas and MOD.

In order to be considered for this role, we are looking for the following:
  • You will haver gained significant experience of working within a project controls function, in the UK Infrastructure sector (major projects such as Rail, Water, Highways, Nuclear or similar)
  • You will have broad experience with Primavera P6, Critical Path Analysis and other responsibilities associated with Project Planning
