Customer Service Administrator (German Speaking)

A global manufacturer is currently seeking a Customer Services Advisor fluent in German to join their team in the West Manchester area to assist with servicing their European based customers. This is a Monday to Friday office based role.

The successful Customer Services Advisor will be fluent in German and ideally have customer service experience  in a  supply chain, distribution or manufacturing environment  however full training will be provided.

Customer Services Advisor responsibilities include:
  • Build good working relationships with Customers and be focused on understanding the needs of individual Customers.
  • Processing customer orders and seeing the orders through to the dispatch stage
  • Communicate with 3rd parties to ensure all documents are completed correctly.
  • Investigating and processing customer complaints and invoice queries
