A leading FMCG food manufacturer is currently seeking a CI Engineer to work across Monday to Friday and be a key member of their Continuous Improvement team supporting with delivering projects in accordance with business plans.

The successful Continuous Improvement Engineer will be experienced in driving CI projects within a fast paced manufacturing environment. You will be highly motivated leader able to engage with and influence key stakeholders.

You’ll be a qualified Engineer (ideally multi‐skilled) and possess a recognised formal qualification in the methodologies of C I practices; or be willing to undertake relevant training to assist with the development of robust continuous improvement processes.

Responsibilities of the CI Engineer:
To work as a key member of the Continuous Improvement Team delivering identified projects in accordance with agreed plans.
Drive the improvement agenda based upon the delivery of SMART objectives.
Provide engineering technical support to deliver improvement projects.
Conduct C I projects in a disciplined and structured and manner.
Analyse and record data to demonstrate performance trends.
Ensure CI operations are effectively communicated across the business.
Ensure H&S at all times.
Carry out risk assessments.
Complete all legislative documentation and record any required data.
Fully support training / development initiatives to improve technical ability throughout the Engineering team.

You’ll be a results driven, problem solver with accuracy and attention to detail. You will be able to motivate and lead C I teams and be competent with standard software packages.
