We are currently looking for a Mechanical Service Engineer for our client based in Bromborough, Wirral.

Due to the continued expansion and strong forward order book, our client is seeking an additional, permanent Mechanical Service Engineer.

Our client pride themselves on providing the highest standards of customer service to users, installers, and suppliers of all pump types.

Site work is a feature of our service delivery, this includes overnight and out of hours work, hence you must be able to commit to UK wide service delivery.

The successful Mechanical Service Engineer will work full time, earning a competitive salary with the opportunity for overtime.

Whilst you will be based at their UK Service Centre in Bromborough, Wirral on a day‐to‐day basis their clients are UK wide hence travel to site will be a feature of your weekly routine.

The successful Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for.
Service and/or repair of pumps and rotating equipment, often as part of a team, often at a client site.
Operating to the highest levels of Health and Safety.
Producing reports promptly on the supplied tablet computer. This will include the feedback of materials required for works to be completed.
Solving issues promptly and courteously to customer breakdowns. Experience of site‐based repair to pumps or rotating equipment is highly desirable.

In addition, you will possess the following skills and experience:
Good written and spoken communication skills.
Excellent organisational and timekeeping skills.
Ability to use own initiative to problem solve engineering issues.
Experience in all areas of pumps including submersible, centrifugal, end suction pumps, HVAC equipment and general purpose pumps.
Full, clean valid driving license.
Electrical Skills & fault finding
