We are recruiting on behalf of a large manufacturing company in the heart of Liverpool who are looking for a Business Support Analyst to join their fast paced IT Support team at their head office. 

Responsibilities
  • Take escalations from 1st line
  • Resolve faults on IT, manufacturing and logistics systems
  • Accurate call logging
  • Change management 
  • Application support
  • Ad hoc out of hours support
