A leading FMCG Food Manufacturer is currently seeking a Maintenance Engineer / Technician with a Mechanical Bias to join their Engineering team. A great opportunity to join a fantastic business with an excellent rewarding culture where you can further develop and progress.

Role Purpose:
To ensure the efficient and safe operation / maintenance of site mechanical and electrical equipment whilst ensuring that the fabric of the building and structure is maintained to safety standards. To minimise down time and disturbance to ensure productivity and costs are kept to a minimum.

This is working days, Monday to Friday

Maintenance Engineer / Technician - Key Responsibilities:
  • To carry out maintenance on all machinery
  • Follow procedures throughout the business
  • Updating work and maintenance updates on to bespoke system
  • Communicate any problems with the engineering team
  • Ensure year on year improvements in both service and efficiencies
  • To meet all required standards and service levels for all customers
  • Ensure good communication with all other key departments
You will be a Maintenance Engineer / Technician with solid experience of working within an FMCG Manufacturing Environment. Formal Engineering qualifications are advantageous although not essential.
