The successful Compliance Technical Manager will be responsible for audits and the management of food safety, legality, quality and ethical standards.
Technical Compliance Manager responsibilities include:
Carry out technical audits.
Prepare for retailer audits and manage internal database.
Attend pre‐production and supplier risk assessments.
Support the Commercial team.
Provide internal training.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
You will have experience within fast paced FMCG food manufacturing with knowledge of the major multiples, along with strong IT skills. You will be experienced in auditing, compliant with procedures and possess a good level of self-confidence. You will have an outgoing personality, an enquiring nature and able to take the initiative.
