Tender Coordinator- Construction

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Tender Administrator to work with a specialist provider of Thermal Insulation and HVAC services within the Industrial sectors.

This role can be based full time in either Leeds or Newcastle.

You will report to the Regional Manager and will be responsible for the Co-ordination of tender submissions, tenders received, clarifications and meeting organisation, management of Dropbox system, ensuring that tender back office system is kept up to date, production of management reports, chasing tender progress.

In order to be considered for this role, you must have an excellent phone manor and be proficient in communication with customers and internal stakeholders, Microsoft (excel, word, outlook), dropbox system, organisation, logical and is able to build relationship with customers.
