The successful Technical Coordinator will be responsible for auditing and updating systems ensuring the highest technical and quality standards are achieved and maintained. The Technical Coordinator will have experience in a fast paced food manufacturing environment in a QA or QC capacity. Alternatively you will be a Food Science Graduate with placement experience in Technical / Quality within the food manufacturing industry.
Technical Assistant responsibilities include:
Prepare microbiological samples / swabs / water samples and input data in to the necessary quality database.
Audit production paper work and organise accordingly.
Carry out customer complaint investigations.
Keep on top of non conformance log.
Take part in technical projects as required.
You will have knowledge of basic food hygiene, experience with Quality Management Systems, strong communication skills and good attention to detail. You will be flexible with the ability to prioritise your workload and delegate where necessary.
