The Operations Manager will have responsibility for P&L, SLA’s, KPI’s, training and development and possess excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
You will be an Operations Manager with demonstrable experience leading a cross-functional team, managing warehouse functions and leading continuous improvement projects within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Responsibilities of the Operations Manager include:
Overall responsibility for operational excellence managing all aspects of Production, Engineering and Warehouse functions.
Be responsible for the financial aspects of the operation.
Work with the management team to plan and implement continuous improvement plans
Ensure return on revenue through specific and effective planning.
Lead, direct, mentor, coach and upskill the teams.
Meet and agreed KPI’s and SLA’s.
Ensure any contractual issues, pricing and scope adjustments are dealt with effectively.
Support with problem solving, find solutions and ways of working more efficiently.
You will thrive in an innovative, entrepreneurial fast-paced culture and have knowledge of delivering change / transformation projects.
