Based mainly in Cumbria, the Associate Change Manager will be required to manage and deliver advisory services, contribute to business development and manage a team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic advice and corporate planning
- Developing business cases and delivering feasibility studies
- Programme and project management
- Implementation of operational excellence
To succeed at this role, you will have held a similar position previously and have the following skills and attributes:
- Leadership experience
- Graduate education and relevant chartership
- Proven application of business change and organisational development tools
