I have an excellent opportunity for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to work for a highly established global consultancy within the Infrastructure sector based in Birmingham.

You will be supporting high profile projects within the Rail sector.

This role would suit an ambitious and energetic individual with the drive to manage commissions and manage their own team. They will have well rounded experience and excellent leadership skills, as well as pre and post contract experience on the client or consultancy side.

I am looking for those with:
  • Previous experience in the Rail sector is essential (5 years minimum- preferably recent)
  • MRICS or equivalent 
  • Background from either a consultancy or client side
  • NEC3 contracts
  • Looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals with a passion to progress - happy to consider those looking to take a step up professionally (Senior QS)
