This is a highly demanding site leadership role requiring an innovative leader with experience of leading a cross functional team and lead continuous improvement projects to ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities of the Operations Manager include:
Ensure safe working environment
Achieve agreed Manufacturing KPI’s
Lead cross-functional site management team
Deliver efficiency improvements in line with Business strategy
Install and Embed LEAN
Work with the wider production management team to plan or implement continuous improvement plans
Train production team in roles or responsibilities regarding goals and targets in line with operations strategy
Maintenance of metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs and other necessary documents to successfully complete the role
