We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading player within the Cyber Security and Managed Service space who are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join them. They pride themselves on the level of professionalism and customer service that they provide to their clients and look after & value their employees. 

Responsibilities:
  • Directing and answering customer queries
  • Escalating any complex enquiries
  • Supporting the Service Operations Team 
  • Solving tickets within networking, data centre, security and hosting
  • Prioritisation of incidents
  • Systems monitoring & reporting
  • Providing excellent customer support across email, in person, via phone and remotely
Skills & Experience:
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Fully Au-fais with the full Microsoft Suite
  • Windows Operating System
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work shift patterns as required within a 24/7 service centre
  • Full Clean Driving License and own transport
  • Data Centre experience
  • Use of service desk tools
