Reporting to the Production Manager, the successful Team Manager will have the ability to bring a vast amount of knowledge to assist in its growth, along with the ability to grow within this role.
You will have previous experience of working within a fast paced food environment where you have consistently delivered and met deadlines. You will have strong communication skills, be able to demonstrate previous experience of managing people effectively with the ability to coach, develop and motivate a team to achieve productivity.
Production Shift Manager responsibilities include:
Ensure compliance to all company rules, policies and procedures
Utilise all resources to meet operational, quality, customer service and supply chain demands
Ensure adherence to process parameters and product specifications
Conduct Root Cause Analysis on any operational non-conformances
Participation in site project teams and continuous improvement
Conduct tool box talks and team briefings
Supervision of production and warehouse operative, conducting performance reviews, employee training, first level disciplinary meetings and return to work interviews
Ensure all EHS policies and procedures are followed
