1st Line Support

As a successful candidates to the 1st line support role you’ll:
- Effectively manage your time and the tickets through the Service Desk call logging system
- Work to their current SLAs and provide feedback when tickets have been escalated
- Identify knowledge gaps and share with the team.
- Be involved in all aspects of IT desk moves
- Be approachable when speaking to internal and external customers
- Working in an ITIL Environment
- Have previous 1st line support experience in a commercial environment
- A good understanding of GDPR
- Experience supporting MS Office (particularly 2010 – 2016)
- Active Directory
