Successful candidate would be required to plan, organise and co ordinate all workshop operations in compliance with the company requirements. This would be done through pro active and collaborative within the teams.
Successful candidate would have to hold the following skills :
Ability to manage and motivate the workshop personnel
Be customer focused
Communicate with all colleagues at all levels and also with external clients and contractors
Experience and Qualifications for this role are as below:
Degree or HND in Engineering discipline would be desired
Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience of a multi disciplined team
NEBOSH is an essential part of this role, if you don't have this qualification you'd have to be willing to do within 6 mths of appointment.
