This is a fast paced environment so it is essential that you are able to manage a changing list of priorities. You will be used to dealing with a variety of stakeholders, being able to build effective relationships quickly, and always acting with integrity and enthusiasm.
You will be responsible for the office management including letters, contracts, and diary management and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Administrator / HR Assistant responsibilities include:
• Ensure all relevant paperwork is fully completed
• Updating and maintaining the HR administrative database
• Contribute towards improving HR processes
• Carrying out various HR administrative tasks – DBS Checks, Contracts, Offer letters
• Generate letters, mail merges, contracts
• Arrange diary management
You will be an experienced Administrator used to working in a busy environment.
The successful candidate will need to work independently and to a high standard, prioritising work-loads and have fantastic attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, as is a pro-active and dynamic attitude.
Due to the location you must be able to drive.
