Reporting to the Quality Manager you will be responsible for auditing and updating systems ensuring the highest technical and quality standards are achieved and maintained.
Technical Assistant responsibilities include:
Prepare microbiological samples / swabs / water samples and input data in to the necessary quality database
Audit production paper work and organise accordingly
Carry out customer complaint investigations
Keep on top of non conformance logs
Take part in technical projects as required
The successful Technical Coordinator will have a basic knowledge of food hygiene with experience in a fast paced food manufacturing environment or be a Food Science Graduate with placement experience in Technical/Quality within the food manufacturing industry.
You will have knowledge of Quality Management Systems; have good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your workload.
