You will be responsible for developing the quality management system (QMS) for the site and driving the business to successfully achieve BRC.
You will have proven skills of managing a quality management system within a chilled food manufacturing facility with a strong background in writing and implementing new and existing quality management procedures with experience of training and embedding new ways of working.
QA Manager responsibilities include:
Evaluate the manufacturing facility and complete QMS gap analysis in line with BRC standards
Develop / document QMS for all current processes compliant to BRC standards
Develop agreed procedures/processes to meet BRC standard for any non-compliant areas
Train out all relevant QMS documents across the business to embed any new ways of working
Introduce / implement internal audit program including relevant training
Achieve successful BRC A grade audit by successfully closing out any non-conformances
You will be a Quality Manager / Quality Systems Manager used to working within a food manufacturing environment. You will have a proven track record in leading sites to BRC status.
