You will be a passionate and enthusiastic leader with a drive to challenge and improve processes and product quality. You must be a creative, innovative and influential individual with excellent communication skills. You will be currently leading a team and have strong time management and project management experience.
NPD Manager / Innovations Manager Responsibilities include:
Lead, mentor and influence the NPD team driving creativity and innovation.
Develop products from concept to launch working closely with teams across the business.
Lead all NPD meetings.
Attend all taste panels ensuring quality of all products.
Ensure critical paths are set up for all new briefs.
Review / update food costings with labour and yield after trials.
Source raw materials in accordance with specifications and quality.
Ensure the completion of all relevant paperwork.
Be the ‘customer face’ of NPD with retailers.
Preparation and delivery of inspiring presentations.
You will be an Innovation Manager / NPD Manager used to working in a fast paced environment and able to demonstrate you can deliver customer focussed NPD and Innovation management.
