The company itself is based in the Chester area and is growing organically due to recent successes. They have an extensive IT team and have multiple bespoke applications built within the .Net stack that they have built from scratch which allows them to offer a unique service to their staff and customers.
You’ll be part of a strong team of c# .Net Developers which spans from Graduates to Head of Departments working on Greenfield projects aimed at developing the next wave of bespoke applications to enable to company to continue carry on achieving their market leading position. Working in an Agile environment, this position offers the opportunity to work on many different stages of the project life-cycle giving you exposure to end-to-end development.
You’ll also be tasked with working closely with the Systems and Business Analysts to understand requirements of end users and internal members of staff, ensuring that the systems being developed are working efficiently and being coded correctly. The development of components and libraries for future use will also come in to play and become key to success when building various systems and applications.
The ideal candidate for this position will have 2+ years experience within .Net development and will also have a solid understanding of SQL. Experience and an understanding of Entity Framework, GIT or TFS will also be useful in this position.
