You will ideally be degree qualified or equivalent and used to working in fast paced, FMCG Manufacturing facility preferably within a liquid fill environment. You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and be versatile to adapt to the variable demands of the business.
Engineering Manager responsibilities include:
Effectively lead and manage the Engineering team.
Support with breakdowns ensuring minimal disruption to business operations along with developing and improving the engineering processes.
Facilitate and manage projects to achieve targeted improvements within production efficiencies, waste reduction, quality improvements.
Facilitate, mentor and motivate the team to ensure KPI’s are achieved.
Conduct annual performance reviews with all staff and identify training needs.
Recruitment, induction/training of staff.
Promote and support the company quality & safety standards, focusing on continuous improvement.
Control Engineering financial budgets.
Promote and deliver PPM programme.
You will be an Engineering Manager, have a flexible approach with good project management skills and the ability to solve technical problems. You will have excellent communication skills and someone who can inspire and motivate a team of Engineers
