A leading FMCG manufacturer is seeking a HR Administrator / Recruitment Assistant to join the company on a permanent basis. This role will support the busy HR department with a primary focus on recruitment.
It is essential for the successful HR Administrator / Recruitment Assistant to have previous experience of working in a busy HR / personnel department in a recruitment-based role. The ideal candidate will also have an understanding of recruitment legislation, have experience of administration type duties and of organising / managing a diary.
You must be strong willed in order to constructively feedback to senior staff members on site and to give negative feedback to candidates in the recruitment process. You must also posses excellent MS Word/ PowerPoint/ Excel/database skills.
Key Responsibilites for the HR Administrator / Recruitment Assistant:
Being the first point of contact for various personnel queries (face-to-face/telephone/email).
Recruitment activity including advertising roles, CV screening, headhunting candidates on social media, shortlisting, facilitating assessment centres, offer letters.
Starter and leaver administration.
Assisting in the internal transfer of staff from one department/shift to another.
All scheduling and managing of the busy appointment diary.
Supporting managers with the preparation of referral forms.
Administration relating to reports and liaising with relevant managers in relation to their contents.
