The successful Logistics Manager will have experience within a fast paced food manufacturing environment with a proven track record of leading teams.
You will have a positive, enthusiastic approach, be a calm and logical thinker with a drive to achieve results along with excellent knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
Logistics Manager responsibilities include:
Facilitating a safe working environment through consistent application of world class logistic best practice principles and visual management, leading all personnel to conform to H&S legislation and policies.
Manage, mentor and coach direct reports facilitating a culture of learning and personal ownership
Achieving KPI against company set standards
CI improvement projects
Adherence to quality and hygiene standards
Data analysis – MRP systems, KPIs
