A manufacturing company with a site based in the Wrexham area is currently seeking an Administrator to join their team. This is a full time role Monday – Friday. You must have recently worked in an Administrative role for a fast paced manufacturing company and have a calm approaching when working within tight deadlines.
Key accountabilities for Administrator –
- Keeping excel spread sheets up to date
- Mail merges
- Running end of month reports
- Liaising with stakeholders.
- HR support e.g. arranging interviews
- Other ad hoc administrational duties as necessary
To be considered for this role you must have excellent IT skills especially Excel, you must be able to take initiative to solve problems that may arise with minimal support from senior management, you must also understand the importance of confidentially as you will be working within a HR environment.
