Kirsty joined Scantec in 2012, quickly progressing from Senior Account Manager to Skilled Trades Team Manager in 2017. Kirsty started her career in recruitment following successful completion of work experience with an industrial agency whilst completing a BTEC National Diploma in Business & Management at Handbridge College. She joined the world of recruitment in 2007 and hasn’t looked back. The main focus of Kirsty’s role is to support business and financial objectives by providing direction and additional support to the team, playing an active role in its continuous improvement whilst ensuring a high quality service to Scantec’s clients and candidates at all times.
