In the world of Recruitment, the summer months can often see a dip in activity in the market with many clients and candidates taking time out over the school break, booking holidays and making the most of the sunny weather.  In 2021, this has not proven to be the case for us at Scantec with the markets we operate across being particularly buoyant and the Office for National Statistics reporting the estimated number of vacancies in the UK reaching its highest level since records began in 2001! 

Our teams have been busier than ever, and we’re delighted to see so many of our consultants receiving recognition for their hard work, dedication and performance over the last month. 

At Scantec we believe in reward and recognition for both our teams and individuals, and it has been fantastic to see so many of our colleagues being celebrated.

Not only do we offer monthly incentives for our top performers and team of the month, recognition for personal bests and long service but last week we also celebrated a target hitting month as a business with pizzas in the office!
