Be that support with processing CVs, doing payroll, or chasing payments so you can do what you do best – get on the phone and recruit! Well, look no further because here at Scantec we have our very own dedicated Support Team.
Scantec’s Support team is one of the many jewels in Scantec’s crown (not only because it’s the team I’m in) but because it does exactly what it says on the tin! It supports our recruitment team, and I know for a fact that it’s a team our Recruiters would be lost without.
Our support team is comprised of Payroll; Credit Control; IT; Recruitment Support (including administration) Compliance, Finance; and last, but most certainly not least… Internal Recruitment.
With a remit that covers a diverse range of tasks ranging from formatting CVs and preparing contracts or offer letters; to raising invoices, chasing payments and payroll queries; resolving compliance issues; fixing computers (or pretty much anything that’s not working properly); facilitating desk moves; organising company-wide social events; and about a million and one other things, our support team is always here to help!
As Recruiters, we are all great at, well, recruiting, but when it comes to other things (general administration, for example!) we admit that we need support (a lot of it!) which is why we are eternally grateful to our dedicated Support Team. Thanks guys! We’d be lost without you!
