Duties/Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Landscape Team leader (Associate LA) and Technical Director the candidate will have a BA(Hons) or MA in Landscape Design, Landscape Management or Landscape Planning (Part II)
a proven track record in landscape design with between 3-5 years post pref but not essential- Chartership experience in the private and or public sector.  Wind farm experience pref. Must have Full driving licence.
 
The candidates duties will include:

  • Project management of LVIA projects

  • Project management of design projects

  • Supporting the TD and Associate

  • Assisting the TD and Associates in the bids process

  • Supporting the team leader in managing the landscape team

  • Mentoring and developing junior members of staff




POSITION: Principal Building Surveyor   REF: SP/CS/A/O/050102

This role is for a Principal Building Surveyor and they will be responsible for service delivery to a wide range of clients in designing solutions in both the private and local authority sectors.
The successful candidate will be expected to;
 
Have responsibility for early stage design and feasibility work.  Develop detailed briefs in conjunction with the client
Carry out detailed design work and prepare production information.  Administer building contracts.
 
Essential Criteria:

  • BSc in Building Surveying or equivalent

  • Experience of using AutoCAD

  • Some experience in the building industry

  • Ability to establish good working relationships with Clients and colleagues

  • Self motivated and able to work without supervision

  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to demonstrate flexible approach to work




POSITION: Lead Architectural Technician REF: SP/CS/A/O/051171  
LOCATION: Manchester

Working under the direction of the Senior Architect (Prisons).
The role also requires designing/modifying facilities to include Tendering information.   The candidate is required to attend meetings on prison sites and in consultants offices.
 
THERE WILL BE SURVEY WORK ON PRISON SITES AROUND THE UNITED KINGDOM.
