Regional HSEQ Advisor
Location: North West
We’re seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to play a key role in supporting operational teams across major industrial sites in the North West. This is a hands-on role where visibility, influence, and proactive engagement are essential. You’ll be responsible for driving compliance, promoting safe working practices, and strengthening safety culture on the ground, making a real impact across our client’s sites.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering site inductions, onboarding new starters, and overseeing D&A screening.
- Ensuring day-to-day operations comply with management systems, client policies, and legal requirements.
- Supporting the development of RAMS from planning through execution.
- Advising and mentoring site management and operational teams on all HSEQ matters.
- Being present onsite — visible, approachable, and engaged with the workforce.
- Reviewing and supporting risk assessments and method statements.
- Identifying training needs and delivering tailored safety training.
- Recording, tracking, and closing out actions from audits, inspections, and safety tours.
- Supporting incident investigations and ensuring lessons learned are embedded.
- Driving continuous improvement in HSEQ performance across sites.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 5 years’ experience in HSEQ, ideally in industrial or petrochemical environments.
- NEBOSH NGC (minimum), working towards Diploma or higher.
- IOSH membership (or equivalent).
- A background in access/scaffold or mechanical services would be a strong advantage.
- Confidence presenting to both site teams and client management.
- Full driving licence.
